Culinary Director/Abacus Executive Chef Chris Patrick, has been the creative visionary for award-winning Abacus Restaurant for the past five years and is also responsible for all creative and culinary aspects of the company’s brands: Abacus, Jasper’s and Jasper’s Catering. He also oversees culinary direction for all licensed concepts: The Lounge at Abacus, Hickory and White Tail Bistro, three restaurants under the company’s licensing arrangement with Paradies Lagardère at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport.
