Kent Rathbun Concepts Store Privacy Policy

The Kent Rathbun Store knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely neccessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order with credit card payment company. we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company directly during order processing. We do not store your credit card information on our web server or any of our computer or other device. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer by clicking the “log off” link.

We ship all Kent Rathbun Elements, Falk Salt and Gift cards directly from Dallas, Texas and typically get your order out by the next day. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day. Our shipping charge includes shipping and handling fees. We ship via USPS for all orders and offer expedited options (FedEx 3 Day or Fed Ex Overnight) as well. Please be sure to supply us with a valid USPS delivery address as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Please contact us for any orders outside the United States. Shipping charges are added to your invoice at the time of checkout.


Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any damage or shortages, leave the package(s) intact and contact us within 24 hours so that we can make the proper arrangements. There are no returns or refunds for Gift Cards.
