JASPER’S PLANO TO HOST WINE DINNER FEATURING JUSTIN WINERY WITH MASTER SOMMELIER JOSEPH SPELLMAN. 

WHAT:    Jasper’s Plano will be hosting a wine dinner featuring Justin Winery.  New to Jasper’s Plano, Executive Chef Joseph Healy,  along with Culinary Director/Abacus Executive Chef, Chris Patrick have created an outstanding menu starting with passed appetizers followed by 3 courses featuring Spicy Poached Gulf Shrimp, Hearth Roasted Duck Breast and Pepper Crusted Strip Loin  to accompany an assortment of select wines, including Justin Isosceles,  crafted by Justin’s Winemakers Fred Holloway and Scott Shirley.

Who: Justin Winery

Justin Baldwin purchased 160 acres in Paso Robles, with the aim of crafting wines that belong in the company of the finest in the world.

“OUR VINEYARDS  – We planted our first vineyard back in 1981 with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Since then, we’ve expanded both our knowledge of viticulture in this unique region as well as our acreage.

SOIL  – Rich in fossilized limestone from eons of marine deposits, JUSTIN’s soil is ideally suited to creating big, Bordeaux-style reds. The limestone “stresses” the vines, producing grapes that fully express their varietal character.
