What:  Enjoy another wonderful evening at Abacus as we host our September wine dinner with Long Meadow Ranch Winery and introducing Owner/Vintner Chris Hall.  Executive Chef Chris Patrick has created another one of his wonderfully unique menus to pair with selected wines from the Hall family. You will start your dinner with passed appetizers and three delicious courses featuring Pan Roasted, Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast, and Pecan Smoked, Broken Arrow Ranch Antelope paired with an assortment of award-winning wines.

FIRST COURSE:
Pan Roasted Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast – Blue Cheese Dauphinoise Sunchokes, Lemon-Pear Gastrique, Radish Sprouts

SECOND COURSE:
Pecan Smoked Broken Arrow Ranch Antelope – Creamy Polenta, Beets, Fresh Black Truffles, White Pepper Bordelaise

White Chocolate Cheesecake – Bacon Praline, Burnt Honey – Date Puree, Bada Bing Cherry
